등정들 Avignon (Vaucluse)에서 Retreat로서

Fun to try but the start was quite wet. Maybe I will come back after a different project

The route is graded 6a in the latest guidebook and has numerous cruxes

I wanted to like this route. Unfortunately, most of the holds refuse to stay put. A line of sika'd holds leads the way, but these don't always follow the most narural line and a few seem to have broken nonetheless. I bailed after figuring out the crux, though the solution (and the grade) depends on how many suspect holds you're willing to crunch on the way up.

Couldn't do the very powerful move out over the roof's lip. Probably found a solution but not motivated enough to try it again.

Extremely hard. Not enough finger strength to push through the crux. Clipping can be very difficult and hazardous.

Punchy nails boulder start was satisfying to work out and then send. Upon seeing the filthy dirty slab with a close to ground fall runout, I decided it best to play it safe and lower to the ground.
