등정들 Owens River Gorge에서

One of my favourite routes in the gorge. Amazing rock, unreal position and beautiful movement. 10/10!

First of the grade in the final few days of the trip. What a stellar route. Very excited to have finally put it all together after a few too many falls where I shouldn’t have.

Good fun! Maybe a bit hard, especially if you avoid all the jugs with chalk 'X' marks on them.

So much fun. Bolted technical crack and face climbing into a long and moody looking roof littered with slopy jugs. No particularly hard moves on it but pumpy as all hell all the way to the chains. Managed to save the onsight with an all-or-nothing dive into a handjam. Absolutely superb.

Climbs really well but the upper headwall is marred by some shocking rock. Belayers beware, some of those large blocks on the ledge look reeeaaaal deathy.

Maybe my fave on the wall. A terrific long adventure through some sweet features.

Pretty fun! Extension adds like 3m of bad climbing. There's better and more fun ways to climb 12b in the gorge haha.

Really confusing boulder right at the top to exit the little groove.

Saw about 3 different people fall and invert on this route so had to get on to see what all the fuss was about.

Wicked upper headwall.

No real stopper move but super sustained and pumpy. Redpoint cause I decked under the first bolt on the first shot haha.

Pretty average rock in the middle section. Helmets on.

Fun! Couldn't work out the crux pinch and high feet combo.

Awesome technical bouldering for the first 4 bolts with a ferociously pumpy headwall finish! Awesome. 2 or 3 days and lots of attempts to sort out the low bouldery section.

Not as warm-uppy as I wanted. Hellishly crimpy.

A devious face climb with an awesome tight corner finish.

Hard and sustained! Awesome.

First RP burn after a beta lap or two the other day. Terrific!
