Some great stuff, some bad stuff. Pitch 2 is hard, pitch 5 never ends and the choss is choss. Shoutout to Seth who sent all of this and Bladderhozen back to back.

P1 bit choosy but safe enough. P2 awesome. Burly through overlap. Spaced bolts.

The 2 harder pitches are great and rather sustained. The chossy pitches are still enjoyable. Fell turning the roof and on the 23 crimpfest pitch.

P2 crux was fiesty! Managed to do the crux 2nd go then onsight to the anchors, the top half of p2 was some damn amazing climbing! worth it just for that section. The 23 was a monster crimper pitch.. Felt it's tricky to onsight in the crux section cos of a hard to spot hold, a great 45m crimp fest. (p3 tops out at lunch ledge, can do exposed crawl to rap area-stashed lunch)

Onsight of pitches 2, 4, and 5, then seconded the rest. Mix bag of routes, but overall stellar climbing. The choss on pitch 4 was a total horror show! Pitch 2 requires some serious cranking, so bring your biceps. Pitch 5 will be forever known to me as 80kg of chicken wings... Trailing two 70m ropes, 16 quickdraws, belay gear and carrying the backpack led to the most chronic pump.

I'm gonna continue the trend of the previous ascensions, and call this 2 Great pitches, 2 Okay pitches, and 2 Terrible pitches. A worthy "bigger" multipitch in the Blueys. Led even number pitches, Second odd-numbers, all clean except for P2 (crux pitch) which is probably solid 25 in reality. Though I fell off at the moves turning the roof on my O/S attempt of that pitch, the crux for me was trying to put the draw on AFTER the lip sequence, and I fell off at that bolt probably 5 times before resorting to geezer-craft to place it. With a draw on the clip is okay. Having said that, I still misread a sequence near the top of P2 and fell off there as well. P1 is a bit sandy (though it doesn't interfere with the climbing) and is enjoyable steep laybacking/stemming. P2 is nails, but spectacular climbing up a vague seam/face, and is extremely sustained. P3 is short and sweet steep climbing up the conclusion of the seam (and with some weird shale-choss tufa features). P4 is hideous megachoss and scarily underbolted. P5 is a spectacular crimpfest for 40m. It probably IS only gr23 (though SUPER-sustained), but I had a LOT of a trouble with a single move, despite cruising the rest of it. A spectacular Onsight by Ro. P6 is a hideous dinner-plate exit-pitch with 1 bolt in 15m.

I agree with the description, two good pitches, two alright pitches and 2 junk pitches. The 2nd pitch is easily the money. Long sustained awesomeness - with an extremely punchy roof pull. The beta is to get someone else to hang the crux draws. P5 is also good, but really just a loooong crimp ladder. OS P1,3,5 clean second P2,4,6. Cheers Paul for rope gunning the crux pitch and dragging me along.

LEd P1,3,5. Bit of aid thru roof P2, and read P5 wrong in 1 spot and came off. Great route.
