Ascents of La valse des retraités

Well, P1 is sport, but the crag won't let me log it that way. Oh well.

Badly bolted

Trés beau 2e pitch mais souvent mouillé. Amenez des tricams!

Was originally going to climb La petite Delphine but ended up on this climb.

P1 Climbs all sport with a tricky move up the chimney at the start.

P2 Is a very nice climb that follows the crack. I placed a few tricams and 2-3 cams. Almost ran short of draws but finally made it to the top.

You can't see your second climbing from the belay and since it is a traverse if the second takes a fall it is hard to get back onto the route.

A perhaps tricky 5.7 -- but fun climbing.

Superbe voie. Première longueur assez technique, mais très protégée (sport). Seconde longueur technique, positionnement unique formant un beau casse-tête (mixte). Très difficile à nettoyer en rappel, beaucoup plus facile en second. Attention, la station de rappel indiquée dans le guide n'existe plus, mais il y a beaucoup de gros arbres sur la vire.
