一开始我对PG定级没什么概念 我先锋了一下我知道了 掉了那就是骨折起步 全程靠肾上腺顶住 十二点开爬 五点结束。我觉得最难的是第二段 跟攀横切动作微妙 掉了就是大摆荡 第三段虽是11但我觉得比第二段简单。下来的路上肾上腺素的劲儿过了 有些应激反应 在思索如果是我开这条线 有三个地方我都会打挂片。为自己敢于先锋第一段感到骄傲 建议想爬这条线且想低风险的岩友多带装备 在路书的基础上double 并带7号塞 并带辅绳以备先锋时塞子不够

4th go from the ground, very very enjoyable. Figured out a sequence for the crux then executed next go. Might be soft for the grade

开心分完，比想象中容易，target！

Injuriously reached the top of the climb. Tried to climb it one more time for the toprope send, but popped at the high hard heel.

Knocking me down a peg - tried to warm up on this!

Truly epic and a route to behold. Waves crashing, sea breeze splashing, running it quick for the 5.30 ferry. Side cling section without good left feet got me really freaked - glad I finished it off.

分完了，爬了两把巩固动作，离先锋连起来还差好多身体感知和脚法技术，保师姐先锋看到了正神说的石头岩感是啥，学到好多。记自己分的难点动作：右脚上高，移动重心，左手抓左边浅浅crimp，右手反肩住，上左脚后稳定出左手搂大点就有。今天保护师姐三把红线，比我自己完攀都还要开心，真的好开心啊。

又爬错了，还说这么碎咋会三颗星

好线，2把先锋机会分布，需要储存好耐力再来红，动作丰富，首次尝试感觉不好做动作，需要找到自己的bate

Well... I owe alot of ice-cream to alot of people. Didnt want to log my dogs incase I didn't send it so here is the send post. So damm cool to hit this mile stone. I've been saying for a while that 8A is my life goal. Guess the new goal is 8A trad. I'm so bloody stokt right now.

到顶前冲了，当时想着11a能有多扣？没休息完就爬了，然后到了倒数第一把挂位置竟然这么扣，没抢到有效点冲坠

到了脊部不知道怎么爬就冲了，on线失败

看了风佬爬了两把，只记住难点动作，没在意前面部分，竟然在难点前冲了一把，后面非常平衡，胆大就能过

热身时，过了难点没找到点冲了一把

和风佬堵瓶饮料，刚刚上线风说“超然这线没on”乱我军心，到了小仰角没找到手点冲坠一把，后面偏平衡on了
