A cave in the side of an ocean cliff that you can drive a boat into.
Rock is pretty solid and isn't to sharp, it is kind of slippery because o the constant sea mist but its not too bad. All deep-water solo water is between 5 and 15 meters deep.
Only accessible with a boat. If the water is rough then it can be difficult getting onto the rock.
To get to the cave you need to go around 20 minutes down the coast, its just past West White beach.
