Ascents in Pinjarra

Difficult face climbing with good standing rests.

Got my feet lost at the top and fell, got it 2nd go

A nice simple little climb. V enjoyable.

de-cluttered the belay ledge, did some gardening on the route and top-out.

Small gear is needed to protect the start. Climbing only gets good on the slab

We were so confused — plan was sated and calm, but we started on this thing and finished on the vertical crack that is the grade 17 one First ascent!?

Unnecessarily high first bolt, but maybe that's the fun? Not sure why a carrot just over the edge, a bit useless as the carabiner just sits dangerously over the edge...

Good warm up for the day. Just one carrot at top?

Finally!! My other try at this was so long ago this could almost count as an onsight, but I won't cheat this time... So much fun, but if I remember to keep calm next time I might not fill the 'scream/swear jar' so much.
