Ascents in Adelaide as Working

Too scary for me, built a nest to lower on and bailed. Hopefully the gear is still there next weekend

Pumped at the top

Made all the moves free. Felt super awkward coming out of the kneebar. It goes though with a lot of leg squeezin. Managed to do it in two parts clean. Should go full next time if I remember it all. Strong move with high foot into the second undercling. Get the LF out early and sink straight down off LH crimp to come out of the cave.

First time on it in a couple of years. Decided it’s the next project.

Dabbled on this a couple of times ages ago, but spent the session on it today and managed every move.

Had a go. Didn’t get far. Just logging to see how long this takes me to get.

30 degree heat is not my friend, will come back for this one for sure

Ah ha! Walked away from this some time ago unable to workout how to traverse left over the blank section. With a better understanding of movement and another set of eyes we worked out how to cross the void. Now time to dial it in and get the send!

Feels good but could not reach past the slab crux

How you get over the roof is not clear to me, at least not for 24!

free solo'd till the protruding boulders, and then like an idiot fell on the down climb. very fun will come back with rope!

Couple attempts of going more direct through the lip. Awesome features through the roof followed by a nice direct sequence gaining the lip and avoiding underlings that trend left.

Climbed up this then across to the bees. Goes better than I thought. Once on lead and once again to clean.

Went up the stairs to practice the last pitch of the quarry man. One hang on my first try and then clean on the second try.

Climbed this to the third bolt then moved right into the choss roof and on to ELV chains. Pretty happy to have this sequence rather dialed now. Has cleaned up significantly after Sundays efforts however caution is still needed. Climbed on lead and second to clean

Up to the third bolt then right into the choss. Spent a solid hour cleaning and tidying this section all the way to ELV bolts. Looking significantly better now.

Stopped at the roof but cool climbing up to there.

Some new micro beta found with finger in RH sloper and RF on jib. 2 moves left to go for it to be sent from the bottom. Feeling the tension coming back!

New foot beta has unlocked reachy bump move. Now to find a way to release the early kneebar in a controlled high percentage way...

Now this is fun! Finally a pad line I can get behind! Some very nice movement through the meat of the problem that is very approachable to people climbing below the grade. Each move other than the first one goes in iso. Keen to get back on this one!

Went to second, clean and work the moves, ended up getting soaked on stalagmite, falling awkwardly on the traverse and yarding on the draws through most of it. needs another burn to find the value in this haha

Found everything really hard about this today. Could barely get into position to try the dyno let alone go for it.

Worked the last part of the traverse from Mercy LH to Mercey Street. Very very thin indeed! Seems like the hardest move yet - is the the 25 part?

Attempted to do this and go for a red point but I have forgotten the holds and the moves. Pretty gnarly moves and a large hand sized block came off near the PO break right area to AGW. Bailed to PO chains. Think this will still go with some more work.

Got closer to the actual position today. Right toe up but couldnt quite gain the next left hand. Worked through all the slab moves which did not back off that much.
