Routes in San Francisco Bay Area

Start on 'Farewell To Arms', move right at the ledge, then up the left side of the Cave.

Can also be started as for I-11.

The bulging prow just right of the crack, with two heinous old bolts hanging out of it. This route is NOT safe to lead.

The prominent arete in the middle of the cliffline. Has a manky piton toprope anchor - bring gear and slings to back it up. The start has a tendency to get overgrown with poison oak.

2-bolt top anchor.

Reachy, pocketed face climbing to 2-bolt top anchor.

Start as for "The Prow", then go directly up the face, enjoying the pockets.

Through the high double overhang left of 'Lulu', via the well-chalked shallow undercling. Sustained, highball and with a bad landing - toprope strongly recommended. Also watch the rock at the bottom - some large holds ripped off in the late 2000s and some of what's left is loose.

The line of heinous slopers left of The Groove.

Start in the groove with the incut slot hold, then slap left along the rail and either directly up the prow (V2) or continue moving left into the top of Mr Magoo (V1).

Unclear what or where this is. It's possibly a variant up the shallow corner just left of Overhanging Layback.

The thin face in the middle of the uphill side of the boulder.

V3 if you stay right topping out.

The right side of the prominent arete just right of Unnamed. Tricky.

Follow the diagonal crack on the right side of the narrow corridor between the boulders.

Traverse the boulder from 'Descent' to past 'Stonewall Arete', using any holds except for the top. Good in both directions.

Right side of the face.

Start at the crack (same place as for 'Center Left'), but angle up and right across the gray face. About the same grade as 'Center Left', but more sustained.
