Accidental but bloody enjoyable FA while trying to do Juggles. All we could think while climbing was "This is a hard af 15!". Meant to be an easy day out but turned into one hell of an epic. 11 hours on the wall, a benightment, a hair-raising descent and 27 hour push.

A nice find by Al. He was all over It until a crucial foot went astray and turned a tight gaston into inspiration for the name of the climb.Under the rooflet I ended up heading left where Al went right. Scope for an alternate finish out right into M.E.T.ext. Nice and fingery with small feet.

First ascent of pitch one yo-yoed with Zac Trembath. Lots of hook moves, a few beaks and thin pitons, a few 8 x 50mm coach bolts when it was too blank, and a few actual protection bolts. Pitch two was lead by Mason, lots of Hooks again, similar style.

Classic. If only for the controversy it raised when locals kicked up a stink about what aspect of Darwin it really was on in our reporting. South Face? West Ridge? South Shoulder? Let's call it Darwin's Toe. Nice ice climbing. 44 hour round trip up the glacier, up the plod, up the ice, down and out.

The crux is simply having the balls to do the problem. Good holds and a slightly committing move about 2 moves from the top out. Great, easy climb just don't do anything cocky up the top.
