Sulfuria is part of Gola di Frasassi which has evolved into a true climbing center, offering over 500 routes, from single pitches, boulders, to multi-pitch and mountaineering routes.

Beautiful crag, with very varied pitches in many difficulties. Worth a visit for the quality of the climbing and for the beauty of the place.
A great cliff for summer afternoons. In winter the sun arrives a little late due to the surrounding mountains.

From the village of San Vittore, cross the roman bridge over the Sentino river and take the path immediately to the left (drinking water fountain) that runs alongside the river. You cross a characteristic wooden bridge continuing to skirt the river. At a cairn you start to climb to the right in direction of the cliff.

Developed with great commitment by climbers from Ancona and Jesi (Paolo and Marcello Romagnoli, Massimo Mosca, Francesco Piacenza, and others).
Location of the first Frasassi Rock Climbing festival in June 2013.
