SA 25. 2nd shot, amazing series of pumpy rooflets lead to a big left hand move from a good pinch on smears, into the headwall which has one really delicate reachy move. Great climb on crimson rock

SA 22. KP climbing bonanza. Scary as well. When Maria lowered me, I proposed that we go early to the Rocklands instead of staying an extra two days, to which she agreed. Also, our fingers started acting up, so we needed a rest. The style here is generally KPish, which is fine, just not something I particularly enjoy personally. Having said that, there are some really special climbs here, really out of this world, but finding them is the problem, as IMO, the guide is lax starwise

SA 24. Took me a couple of goes figuring out the sequence, 'cause I was doing the crux like a V3! Figured it out and felt easy. Good steepish climbing on round holds, great stuff!

SA 22. Starts on a blocky, KP-type chossy rooflet into an exposed slab, ending having to rock over a kind-of-loose huge block. Not super great, but has some good moves.

SA 21. Maria OS'd this!!!!!!! Flowy climb, well bolted, feels amazing! Climbing highlight of the trip so far

Did the wrong route, combined with the one to the right and felt more like 20 Done this way, it is quite thin and delicate, Maria flashed it!

SA 19. Bit hard for the grade if you layback, I guess this could be a Frog Buttress 19, as I think knowing how to jam makes it easier. BOLTS ON A CRAAAACK!!! XD

SA 18. Best 18 ever! Uniform in difficulty throughout. Incredible exposure and moves!

SA 17. Starts in a cave, you exit and are immediately confronted with great exposure on a crack. Some great moves take you to the chains, where you can do a "Alex Honnold on a ledge in Half Dome" stance watching baboons fight each other occasionally looking at you. A very special moment in my climbing

OK, will register all my SA routes in Australian Ewbanks. BTW, thecrag, your grade conversion is wrong according to SA conversions, and I agree: the two grade systems coincide up to grade 21/6b+, but while 22 encompasses 6c and 6c+, the SA grade system does not, instead dividing into 22 and 23, which is why SA grade is Aussie grade minus one from 23 onwards. This was the second route we did, this time it was right! Very nice arete into a scenic slab

SA 16. Excellent crack climbing, too bad it's so short. In the words of Jahne "I bet this would be like Utah if it continued for 40 meters".

Excellent climb with good exposure. A less difficult and slightly less good version of EB (18).

SA 22. This would probably be 24 in QLD. Bouldery start followed by pumpy climbing, into a HUGE move that is at least V2. Sandbagged for sure! Other than that, stellar climb
