Ascents climbed between 2018-00-00 and 2018-12-31 in The Panopticon by Cameron Semple

Absorbing, reachy moves. Keep an eye out for the peregrines around here currently. They took a good look at us but didn’t seem too pissed off.

Thin crux

Really nice moves either side of the slopey arete.

Super thin start

Nice sequences. One fall near the top.

Get on it while the jugs survive. Good fun. One rest.

Quality rock and routes all along here. Just held it together at the top.

Found the start hard. Had to have a restart.

Great climb with a variety of styles. Keeps you thinking all the way.

Great route. Lots of good holds.

Great intro to slabbing. Prob tricky for a 13. Maybe the rock is “evolving” a bit

A lap on top rope. Missed a hold down lower and need to remember more moves to have a better chance.

Really nice route! Rare to have a nice route at this grade with no big ledges.

Fell from the anchor clipping hold! Great moves leading to a sting in the tail

Some tricky moves.

Big move through the roof! Fair amount of marginal rock. Stuck the move, but then couldn't figure out how to get my legs out of the way to mantle through.

Nice route. Hard start and balancy finish. Start is definitely harder than Penny Black, but the rest is potentially easier.

Some great moves. This wall was all pretty dirty today. Harder for shorter people.

Not sure if pretty ordinary route or just needs some more traffic to clean it up further. Heaps of dirt after the rain didn't help.

Interesting little route. Some surprises along the way. Not as straight forward as it seems from the ground.

Not bad. Turns out we did the top section of Guilty, as Charged here. Lots of bolts here, really just a matter of choosing your own adventure.

Got through the first third. Fell just before the last bulge. Need to figure out a usable rest here. Or just get stronger. Doesn’t relent for the rest of it either.

Also good. Thin down low then exciting arete moves up high. Harder than Impeachment.

Pumpy again with tricky feet. Some hard moves for 18, but it's all over pretty quick. One hang.

Excellent! Classic of the bolted crack, chossy roof, short climb genre. Seriously though, great fun and packs a lot into such a short route. Not sure how long that hanging cluster of jugs at the roof will hang around though. Take care.

Nice position and feature to climb, but a one move wonder.

Really fun climbing leading to a crux that goes on a bit longer than you hope.

Another excellently route. Good length, sustained, steep and exposed. Maybe on the hard side for 18, at least the way I did the crux. Ended up maybe going a bit high before the traverse.

Almost got it first shot. Mantled Over the bulge the wrong way then floundered around looking for a hold before coming off.

Got it second shot. Cool technical moves.

Ok, but some average rock and a big ledge detracted a bit. Some tricky moves for 17 down low and will potentially get harder as the holds deteriorate.
