On onsight attempt I took by far my worst lead fall to date, an 8 meter inverted slam after skipping a bolt past the crux. I’m unsure how my leg hooked the rope and flipped me, as belayer saw me get my leg out before coming off; I may have snagged the rope while in the air. I thought for sure that I had fractured or broken ribs, and immediately went to the hospital for an X-Ray. That, and an ultrasound, both came back normal - I am extremely grateful that the injury wasn’t worse. I sent this as my first climb after the slam, albeit with a bit of pain.

This line is disappointingly soft for the grade, although there is surely some contrived beta which makes it a 7a+. The left side of this crag, the white face, doesn’t get nearly as much traffic as it deserves.
