Ascents in Waikato by Matthew Seabright

Fantastic route. First pitch starts with a awkward section, then some really cool moves. Especially enjoyed the face near the top. Second pitch is amazing. Some really cool moves from the start with a really wild sequence to a horn feature.

Just did the first pitch. The top section is quite tough to read. Found all the holds and did all the moves .

Just did the first pitch before switching lines to Pass The Buck. It's fun.

Just did the second and third pitches. Second pitch is really cool. I love it. Third pitch is a bit runout, vegetated and exposed, but a lot of fun and fantastic views from the top.

Big progress since last time on the route. Now have all the moves sorted. Need to work on further refining the beta, then I think it could go.

Linked Red Line into the second pitch of Bucking Fumblies. Was a lot of fun. Top pitch is wild.

Really fun route. First pitch is a nice warm up. Second pitch has a few cool moves up the face.

Worked the route. Got all the moves. Tried to redpoint a couple of times but didn't have the energy left at the end of the day. The crux holds at the top of the face are pretty sharp and not fun to pull on.

Awesome route, fantastic crux sequence. Went up once to put the draws on and work the crux a little bit, then got it clean next go. Felt a bit tired, but managed to get through. Pretty happy to get it clean.

Really fun route, particularly enjoyed the start and finish of the second pitch. Didn't do the third trad pitch.

Really fun. Some cool moves and nice holds. Great view from the top.

Route was quite dirty. Hard to find footholds in the moss. We cleaned it up a bit. I got to the second bolt. Couldn't work out how to get past it. George did went up after me and got through it staying further right than I did. Seems like quite a cool route when clean.

The space between bolts can be a bit intimidating, but the holds are all good. Fun route.

First climb of the day. I always struggle to adjust to the style at Waipapa. Cool route, was scared in places.
