Ascents in Furkagebiet having Beta

Starts easy with a layback flake and gets harder with every meter you climb. Very technical chimney part to reach the belay.

Starts easy with some cragging and ends with a slab with longer bolt distances.

One of the easiest pitches in this route. Nice.

Funny pitch with big flakes and spires.

This pitch is worth every penny. Steep face climbing with cracks that offer big pockets and jugs. A mix of crimps, flakes and some laybacks. Best of the route.

Shorter pitch with a great double handcrack that can be laybacked or climbed as crack.

The super fissure. At the beginning steep hand and fist crack, which is not too hard. Getting into the offwidth is tricky, some jams deep in the back help. Reaching the fridge you have some pumpy moves until the jugs end, then the really hard part starts. Probably the best is laybacking and use bad finger jams on the left crack. Very pumpy but fun.

6b+ in the Remy guide book. Starts in the right crack and traverses to the left crack. Very technical, varied and fun crack climb.

Tricky and hard slab, long bolt distances. No possibility to place additional gear.

Awesome face climbing mostly on good crimps and a slabby finish.

Some steep slabby moves are the Crux, afterwards easier.

Juggy pitch, almost every hold is solid and big. So much fun. The belay is a bit hidden to the left around the corner at the last bolt.

The money pitch. Starts with a easy hand crack and steepens up. Climb at the steep flake for a while and enjoy.

Easy scrambling to the top.

Leider noch zu eingeschüchtert um Vorsteigen zu können

Coole, abwechslungsreiche Länge, könnte allerdings auch 6a+ sein.

Macht ebenfalls den Eindruck, als ob es einfacher ist als 6b (max. eine Stelle 6a+)

Slabby start to test your shoes.

Mostly easy pitch with one tricky section at the overhang. Solid for 5c.

We did a pitch slightly to the right of the actual route (because we didn't want to wait for the climbers before us to finish the pitch). 5c+ pitch of the route FamGni. Nice overhanging handcrack and enjoyable jams. Reaches the same anchor as the original route, and from the side, this pitch looks much better than the original Conquest Pitch

Again, we climbed an alternative pitch because we didn't want to wait. The pitch follows an amazing crack (respectively two parallel cracks in the upper half). Very well bolted (A0, probably around 6b/+). Starts with some good fingerlocks to a pod where you can handjam. Afterwards you have to climb both cracks and footholds are scarce, so clipping is probably the crux. Mix of layback and locks. Hard sloper part before the anchor. My favorite pitch of the day.
