Along the Norseman-Hyden Road, hundreds of kilometres from any other crag, lies Disappointment Rock. A pleasant picnic break on a scenic route, it contains a single large boulder with several quality bouldering problems. Not on the way to or from any other destination - could this be Australia's most exclusive bouldering destination? Several more-difficult problems are also present for a bold traveller with a crash pad.
접근
Taking the Norseman-Hyden Road from Norseman (note that the road is closed in wet conditions), drive about 75 km toward Hyden. The site is well signposted, about 15 km short of Lake Johnson. The boulder itself is about 100 m from the carpark, at the base of the Rock.
