Ascents in Ailsbachtal

Needed to rest after a few tries in the crux. Couldn't hold the two-finger pocket any more.

Took a few falls while trying to jump to the sloper next to the anchor. Could work if I hit the pocket inside it, but I didn't.

Stuck the dyno in the flash attempt, but didn't really know how to continue from there. Skipped the last section and lowered from below the big ledge.

Jumped off before the first bolt due to misleading chalk, then took a lot of falls all over the place due to the spaced (but safe) bolting, and couldn't figure out the final slab moves, so I stopped there for the time being.

Nice endurance climbing, bit spaced bolts. No idea for the upper boulder after the big ledge.

Foot slipped on a greasy hold shortly after the first bolt, so I started from scratch … bummer.

Just couldn't get past the final bolt to the anchor. Staying within the crack should be easy enough, but I didn't like the rope going around the corner. Might try it another time.

Climbed the start of the aid route and the finish of "WoGü-Kante". Actually a nice combo. Hard to grade, though. With the right technique, the crack section on top isn't too hard, but very tricky (long reach into a good jam).
