Once again cool climbing - like the rest of them but also soft. Not 12a, too many sit down rests. The routes here are amazing, unique and seriously extraordinary...but once you've done one you've done them all and there is only so much jug hauling you can get on board with.

Well that was a long climb... Linked 1-2, then simul-climbed until pitch 14 (with a short belay for the 10th pitch traverse). Then linked 15-16, 17-18. And finished it one pitch at time. On the way down we back lead the 23rd pitch. Then 60m simul raps the whole way through.

Had to work bloody hard to onsight this old-school style committing classic, and got rather noisy with no chalk on the top to guide the bouldery finale, but stoked to manage it. A porters pass wandery slab leads to steep cranking and some gripping runouts. Psyched! I got hit on the head by a falling icycle while climbing this!

ruta muy bonita, con crimps grandes, inicio y final técnicos, lo demás es solo ir subiendo en agarres chidos. no creo que sea 12b, yo le pondria como 11d. creo que el grado lo tiene porque es una ruta larga en un estado con casi puras rutas cortas asi que la resis es un gran tema para el estilo local

Julio took us up a choss gully without really detailing what was up there and low-and-behold, an arapilean water-polished hand crack! Fully bolted. Probably grade 18 in araps but 25 here apparently. Virgin canyon in the arvo which is defo the porters pass of epc. Dense as fuck with ultra classic tricky low angle flake pulling.
