Not as well protected as it appeared, this was an engaging rather than gentle end to the day.

Fun moves through the roof make for a nice alternative to the regular line. I still think tannin indirect is a nicer line.

Great! Harder mentally than originally Physically with many moments where I was suprised to still be on the wall.

The first pitch certainly woke me up! There is no second try if you come off early.

For my friends: grab a mate, load them up with small great including double cams up to and including DMM red and send them up the first pitch. You'll have a lovely morning seconding this.

People I don't like, in particular those who leave their indicators on for large sections of the highway: first pitch is excellent! Give it a go.

Great route, engaging all the way but also will protected all the way. Nothing big needed.

Engaging moment stepping out of the corner then a fun romp up the line. Escaping the corner early would have been easier.

Worth the rope drag

Consistently engaging route, some good placements between some marginal great. Was pleasantly surprised by anchor bolts at the top not shown in my guidebook.

That spicy start spat me out on the first try, it was clean but still not enjoyable the sections round! From there the route is a nice time, particularly good to find a lovely finger pocket.

Interesting and consistently engaging. First attempt included a fall as I messed about with the fiddley gear so had to go again. Much easier the second time round.

The start had my heart rate up! The Chinese algebra anchors are far from ideal as a belay; go prepared to build an anchor then traverse around watching out for the loose block on the corner.

If you are in the area, do Tannin. The start of F Sharp is fun but the good climbing doesn't last long and the crappy rock that follows detracts from the experience. If you insist on going up - Take at least 5 bolt plates for the manky old carrots.

The run out isn't so bad, I walked in far more worried than it deserved.

Really enjoyed this route however ended up well above the anchor.

Glad to have made the safe choice on the first try, this could have been a panic inducing lead without first exploring.

Some super delicate gear makes this a bigger commitment then the grade suggested.

Worth the walk

Varied and consistent, great route. Some gear faff left me burnt out but a follow up run made up for it.

Reachy and tenuous through the middle

Two enjoyable and varied pitches.

Trusted a sloping for when I should have jammed, had to return for a make up lap. Great route.

Great moves but difficult protection. Top rope then lead on preplaced gear.

Hard start, fun finish. Shame the last section isn't twice the length.

This route kept the focus engaged all the way. The pitch 1 mantel was a nice introduction to the future smaller mantel type moves and single finger pockets. This pitch was superb. Pitch 3 was nerve racking. I really thought I was coming off on this! Bring 2 #5 nuts, 2 #1 cams and a change of undies. You can get away with only one nut since they will both go on at the same point but having the second helps balance out knowing the first cam is unlikely to hold. Great route! PS, be bolts near by make the start a little misleading. We initially thought I was aiming for the first bolt on what must be a New route. Ignore this, stay left and in the crack, your bolt is after the shit mantel.

What an adventure! The moves after the bolt are spicy but protection is available again soon. Also, mantles suck.

Great fun. Solid great any power jugs, everything a person could want.

This route could have the best jug I've ever encountered

The second pitch would have been less stressful if I had carried larger cams!
