Ascensões em Illawarra and Shoalhaven por Damien Ayers

In the hot hot sun, pulled through the two cruxes, and the rest was quite easy, albeit still pumpy and sweaty.

Bit of a hard warm up after so many months of not climbing. Allllmost got the onsight, but fell off the last move, pumped as a goose. Looking forward to next time.

Much easier than Dodecahedron, but very worthwhile too. Pleasant climbing and a lovely ramble w/ view to the top.

Oooof, where has all my endurance gone!? Third climb, and just had nothing, but managed to slog/fall my way to the top. Nice and long with a funky roof near the top.

Straightforward climbing up the black rock, then brilliant up the orange rock at the top. Maybe hard for 18, or maybe it was just the mega humidity today.

Cool climb, but very sandy and slimy today. Fell off once trying to traverse left, well worth doing again.

Alzheimer’s

Yeah! Didn’t feel as hard I expected.

Big steep moves. Fun.

Tough, but with the right sequence and some big moves... it’s okay.

Keeping on keeping on. Last of the day. Moves are all easy from a hang, need more endurance.

First climb back after injury. Felt surprisingly good, Needed a couple of rests to get to the top. Great climbing.

No fitness, no endurance. Made it a few more bolts up before tanking, made it to the top, just.

Crazy crimpy pockets, and then awesome powerful pockets, and then thin slippery crimps which spat me off again and again.

Had a lot of trouble getting past the third bolt. The rest of the climb is barrels of fun.

Brilliant adventure, warm down at the end of the day.

Solid all the way until I rushed the top crux and threw for the jug from too low a left hand.

Cruisy, second shot. Felt maybe soft for 24, but maybe it was just good conditions, the crimps felt good.

Great steep long pumpiness.

More great steep long pumpiness, with a longer bit of steepness and bigger holds.

Not great, easily past some U bolts, then up the head wall past some more. Much easier and not as good as AHC.

Brilliant. Rock was a bit loose down low, but varied and awesome climbing.

Fun. Maybe only 20?

Really good workout. Had me panting.

Our way out from the lower ledge adventure. Very wet at the start, luckily it's jugs.
