It is an offwith crack. This was one of the first routes that was opened in stone and this occasion was used to carry out the first National Climbing Meeting. It is a diagonal crack, where you have to do many oppositions with your hands, feet and back. Large protection pieces are used, but also has some bolts.
Set: Guillermo Hernández & Fabio Vélez, 1991
This traverse can be done in two directions:
Starting with Avispero or Gota Fría towards the right until reaching the Guillermos station. If you want to make it longer, you can continue along that same line until Encuentro Nacional.
Or in the opposite direction, starting at Encuentro Nacional towards the left.
It is a route where you can find falcon nests, so don't climb it in times when there are young.
Set: Juan Guillermo Correa, 1993
Crack traverse that goes from Encuentro Nacional to the right, although most people do it in the opposite direction.
Set: Juan Guillermo Correa & Elías Jaramillo, 1998
Set: John Monsalve & Rafael, 2006
