Linke Hälfte sandig, rechte hat mehr Flechten und Moos, beide bekommen Blätter, Blüten, Äste usw. von oben ab. Trocknet durchschnittlich schnell. Im Sommer spenden die Laubbäume "löchrigen" Schatten, erst am Nachmittag durch den Fels flächig Schatten.

Coming from the B 462 turn in the direction of Obertsrot. After the bridge turn right into the Obertsroter Straße/street. After 500 meters park on the right side in front of the factory (TODO: Is this parking really allowed for climbers? At least on week-ends? Signs say it's private! Alternatively, use parkings named at "Oberer Wandteil"). Walk back the street where the dam/weir is and enter the woods via the path next to the fire hydrant.
