My first proper via ferrata, without the proper gear of course ( stupid climber). Mostly climbed the rock, about grade 6. Some pretty outrageous territory but it annoyed me as much as an over bolted sport climb because I kept forgetting I was tethered. Nice and quiet- both the route and the lack of motor traffic because the roads are closed today and are for bikes only. I got Dave to drop me at carpark before the curfew, and walked back to our place in Corvara via the eastern descent.

Pretty nice route, especially for a hot day. Seems like Rockfax digital is out of date for access and descent. The descent to the left has a washed away gully after a downclimb to contend with, but I guess we got to go canyoning as well as climb.

After climbing some 6b's at "Città dei Sassi" the day before, the grade for the crux pitch definitely seems too high. Very enjoyable climbing! Finding the start of the route was a bit of a challenge. Approximate coordinates: 46°31'01.86" 11°51'11.70"

After the top out, head to the left, but only after hiking a few meters. When you get to an intersection, the recommended path is to head to the right. The path to the left shortcuts to the hiking trail, but there's some serious scrambling required to get down.

I think I have never climbed on a rock with better friction. In my eyes, it's soft 6a but definitely a lovely route. There is a bunch of bigger runouts but it's always in easier terrain and I didn't find a need to use any extra protection. But a few cams and nuts can definitely come in handy.

An amazing day of climbing! Outrageous position with wild exposure and insanely beautiful views. Continually interesting and varied climbing, with everything from steep sections to airy slab traverses, to perfect hand and fist jams, to corner offwidth. Never thought I would need chuck in a funky knee bar 200m up a wall! And topping out the tower was a magnificent feeling! Ended the day with a slightly spicy scramble down.

Bailed after 3 pitches because of a thunderstorm. Led the first pitch. Really interesting rock with lots of pockets and slots, which made for awesome and thoughtful climbing in a stunning setting!

Poor, poor Liam. Wanted to go for some easy rock climbing, instead got -1 degrees, 50km/h winds and 500m exposure for the price of 100m. Cracker of a route, definitely slippery and polished in the more clearly defined parts of the route, which for me bumps it up a grade or two. The jump across the gap at the top is easy, but absolutely priceless.
