There are no set-in-stone ethics for the Beskid Mountains and Carpathian Foothills region, but there are guidelines everyone should follow to minimize the impact.
Unfortunately, all of the rules stated above are broken regularly, often times by experienced local climbers.
The reserve is officially closed for climbers since 1995. Almost all bolts were removed in the same year. Despite the prohibition, many routes were since bolted, and climbing in the reserve, especially bouldering, has been becoming a lot more popular, and is often practiced by anyone from one-day tourists to established climbers from reputable climbing organizations.
