Eye of the Needle 17

Starts in recess approximately 10m upstream and on the opposite side to 'The Hourglass' . Scramble up recess until large cave type ledge with a 1,5m tall pillar on right hand side supporting rock above.

1. [17] 25m

   Climb up very overhanging recess, passing through eye at top to ledge with tree.

2. [13] 25m

   Move onto right hand wall and follow up to gap between two pinnacles. Climb the gap and pull up onto higher pinnacle.

No fire allowed as per “No Fires in Magaliesberg Policy”. There is currently a moratorium on bolting in Magaliesberg.
