From Tongyeong Bus Terminal, take a bus to Deokpo-ri. The bus runs every hour. Get out at Jeokdeokmaeul Samgeori 적덕마을삼거리. Follow the concrete pavement in the middle of the small village for 15 minutes (it turns into a dirt road after a while), until you reach a small dike on your right. There is a little opening for parking to your left . Go up the start of the tiny dike and continue up for 5 minutes. Some cliffs can be seen from the village but not the actual crag.
