Murfrëittürmes Guide

  • Grade context: FR
  • Aka: Murfrëitspitze

A Crag Guide gives an extensive view of all sub areas and climbs at a point in the index. It shows a snapshot of the index heirachy, up to 300 climbs (or areas) on a single web page. It shows selected comments climbers have made on a recently submitted ascent.

At a minor crag level this should be suitable for printing and taking with you on a climbing trip as an adjunct to your guidebook.

Albert Leichtfried about the route: "Full contact" is special because the route is much better than the first glance promises. The crux is to climb exclusively on ice structures and this in the M9 range - really something unique!.

The route is located below the Murfrëitturm at the Grödnerjoch on the north-west side about 100 meters left of the route "L'Ciamin" at about 2100 m. The route can be seen from the road. Approach in 15min.
