Gave it a couple attempts. Felt really good on the crux move hitting it but not holding it. Tried the top as well.

Great to pull onto, but requires work. Awesome soggy-footed sesh.

Breakthrough session. Worked the crux in iso, managed to get it twice in a row from the bottom - just the heel plinging off on the mantle now - haven’t done antiquity in a little while ha ha.

More progress in a quick after work session. Good conditions this arvo. Need spotters to try the top.

Third session on the beast - TR solo. Pulled through first crux, but burned up and fell on the second part of the first crux (or is this considered the second crux?). First time pulling through the whole bulge crux. Spent most of the session working the top section. Will need a good rest after the bulge. Pieced together all the moves, not sure if it is the best beta- has a real heartbreaker final move to the chains.

Not super difficult actually, once the fog of lead climbing fear subsided

Arguably I now have beta for the whole climb, although I'm yet to stick two of the moves. Beta may yet change a little.

cleaning duty, hopefully I can get out there again to do it soon

Bailed at the top on the sandy jugs. First time getting through it all. Next time I'll come back with bigger cojones and an emotional support chalk bag.

Contrary to previous times I've pulled on, I could actually pull my ass of the ground for a couple seconds. Feeling like I ought to give it some attempts! Great to watch the gents get some tops, awesome Sunday.

Stumped as to why I keep fumbling this thing. Maybe patience will help. Next time.

Cruxy thing makes sense now, the new journey is whether I can send the rest without being too pumped

Second proper session working it on TRsolo. Linked through the first crux to the bulge. Got through the bulge sequence - always feels sketchy having high feet on TR solo. Have to work on the top next, doesn't seem especially hard but will be pretty touch and go after the lower sections!

All the moves but the last. Burnt all the energy figuring out if I was a pocket guy or a slot guy

I made good progress today, but I would like a spotter before committing to the final crux moves, which put me in some compromised positions.

Mega. Can pull of the ground and touch the next hold, but the holding on seems crazy. Transitioning into the V5 looks tough as well

Happy with progress made. Crux is tough but found a way to move left foot into tricky hold in order to progress

Got it down to one fall just as I enter the crux. From below crux to the end goes every time now. Good climb

Working the lower section on top rope solo with trad anchors.

Good looking line, pulling off the ground is hard enough, but taking a hand off to go up is harder still. Might just need another pair of eyes and some funky beta!

First 3/4 clips make more sense now

Great climb. Still working on the crux match. Definitely will be getting back on. Probably sandbag but will assess when I actually do it
