And again. Perhaps I’m overshooting in anticipation or I’m preemptively releasing so I don’t slide down the rock if I don’t stick it. Not sure what to adjust as I don’t even feel that fatigued after repeating the sequence up to it and sticking the move twice in a row after coming off

Rinse and repeat. Fell again on the clean burn and stuck it twice after. Need to figure out what’s happening here 🤯

Up to the dyno and dropped the dyno. Stuck the move twice after then lowered. Feeling super dialled and locked in for the entire sequence up to it at least

A year later I come back to this, feeling stronger and more confident. And this time I can't even get to the top — on top rope, again. So I'm here "claiming" my top rope attempt, which apparently leads to 'grade attachment', whatever the fuck that is. Now that I got that out of the way — note to self (and spoiler alert for the onsighters, who shouldn't be here by the way): remember high left foot and drop knee to avoid peeling off in the roof; clip from high crimp, cross hands at the following crimps, drop your left knee properly and go for the furthest left part of the crimp "rail" next. I'm learning, and that's what this log is for, and remember, you chose to read it.

Last burn and felt pretty dialed going up to the big move near the third bolt.

The two finger pocket at the first bolt felt great today and was also mini knee baring the left knee in the undercling.

Not sure. Hard moves after hard moves. Managed to get to the last clip via many hang dogs. Very crimpy and pumpy. Could not get through to the good top holds.

Another try at this today. For me the heel hooks (I think three all up) are instrumental. Found a new LH large side pull up the top, level with the undercling/ side pull block but further left. Felt no where near as strong as last time.

“There’s possibly something to be said for warming up” said Carl, as he suffered horrible forearm pump after jumping on this with no warm up WHAT so ever. Had to have a sit after the first bolt.

Top rope attempt, got it clean to the second bolt, couldn't get back onto the wall once I fell.

Tried a few times to link the crux from the ground.

Tried on TR, failed, pumped out just trying to do the first traverse L. Need to sort the feet.

Onsight attempt ended quickly at the move above the first bolt. Had one other attempt on lead which ended a little higher.

Fell on last move, misjudged the hold, great whip

Didn’t have the cam and draw already in so there was a lot of panic and hesitation trying to go up from the last clip. Wasn’t mentally ready

Sharp start put me off and didnt get my flow. Ended up falling a few times. Would be a good line if the first half of the line wasnt razor blades.

Next project I reckon

Hard, will definitely take a lot of work and less beer drinking to get to the top of this one

I like how the bolt hangers flex to absorb energy in event of a fall.

Left a quickdraw on the third bolt, If someone cleans it I'd appreciate it back.

Was able to get to the 4th bolt got tired and pumped made the moves for the 5th bolt 3times and couldn't make the final move to feel comfortable to clip.

Working moves, keen to make this my hardest red point to date

Nice route, tried for the lead onsight and fell just before clipping the 4th Bolt. Struggled with energy and flash pump all day. Route will go after working the moves a little

Gave it a go on top rope, was on the rope a bit so just an attempt. Bit disappointing that I'm so weak at the moment :-(

Did the start pretty easily but that's easy to say when it's top rope not lead!

Got to work this and October a lot more to build up my strength...

Gave this a go today and KNEW it would be a challenge as I felt I wasn't strong. It was a challenge indeed. Got up the thing but was on the rope and with a sit etc no not a tick as such at all. Different beta from last time looking at the notes on my last tick; in hindsight staying right is easier than going left at the start. Gotta get on this a lot more to build up my strength.

Second attempt, still nope; move of small left hand crimp near bottom still far too hard

Gave this a go. WAY too hard for me. I like the start. I MIGHT be able to do the moves over the lip (gave campussing it a go ) but the face bit to the third bolt isn't possible for me I think. Need to get stronger.

Tried it, but reached out to the left when I couldn't find a hold. I'll get it next time...

Fell in the first sequence, the holds were very wet and slippery!
