Sandstone crag with a wide range of grades of sport climbing routes. It is a natual park located within private property.

Description

This area is located between the city of Ponta Grossa and Curitiba the capital of the state. Buraco do Padre is a natural park in a private land, but it has excellent touristic infrastructure. In order to access the climbing Areas (Sector Macarrão I, Macarrão II and Pôr-do-sol) you need to purchase a ticket in the park's website or in person at the ticket counter (https://buracodopadre.com.br/).

Access hours are limited, please see contact park's administration for latest opening hours. As of August 2021, access hours to the climbing areas were Wednesdays through Sundays from 9 AM to 6 PM. You require a ticket to access the crag and helmet use is obligatory.

Doux 5-10 minutes

From the car park, take left (if you are looking at the forest, no the plantation area) and follow signs.
