Les falaises du Thaurac constituent le plus grand site d’escalade de la région montpelliéraine. Dressées de part et d’autre des gorges de l’hérault elles offrent une grande variété de styles, de niveaux et surtout d’orientations qui permettent à chacun de grimper tout au long de l’année. Ce topo est la version numérique du guide Escalade au Thaurac, régulièrement réédité et mis à jour depuis 1989. Il présente plus de 1200 voies réparties sur une cinquantaine de secteurs. Chaque secteur est présenté sur photo avec des tracés de voies clairs et précis et les approches sont illustrées de photos panoramiques pour s’orienter efficacement.

Ce topo est réalisé par Fabien Roumanille et Loïc Le Denmat, deux des équipeurs et rééquipeurs les plus actifs du Thaurac. Les bénéfices générés par la vente de ce guide sont réaffectés en partie à l’entretien et au développement des falaises de la région.
