Saw someone else attempt (& fail) beforehand so can't claim the onsight.

Think would have managed the onsight fine though as the flash was pretty chill.

Really cool movement, lots of high feet and pressing, didn't really pull on anything. Felt more like 6b that 7a tbh tho.

Another cool route, felt like climbing a piece of charcoal, again felt several grades below advertised, I think being taller is was definelty advantagous...

3 move wonder, top out is the crux

1st V7 flash, pretty happy, killed it. Great moves and victory jugs to finish

Came back to give it a crack on lead. Still just as weird, fun, and weirdly fun.

Careful, there's a very loose flake by the chains! A lovely introduction to slate climbing, nice technical reachy sequence. First 7a and first 7a on-sight! Turns out the grade's a bit controversial though..

First climb on slate. Enjoyed the early mantle, even though the jug was sopping wet!

Went in with a fresh pair of kicks and no expectations, came away with the flash after watching carefully as a buddy sent it. An incredible route, brilliant moves, trust the friction of those tiny tiny feet and embrace the inner slate-ninja! Not sure about all this bolts/trad thing...the grade is conflicting everywhere!

Saw Ben lead it and then jumped on myself. Fairly straight forward.

Good route with interesting technical nuances for the grade.

A little technique goes a long way on the classy little slate line.

Hmmm, slate. An acquired taste I think.

Thin and sustained all the way after the iron spike, though not as crux's as Goose Creature. This route felt more rewarding due to the moves and amazing position hanging out over the quarry.

Tough to get to the first bolt 8m off the deck, then a hideously nails 2-sequence slab crux, then easy climbing. I pulled slab moves on this that I've never done before, though the route is far from sustained.
