Ascensões em Mountain Quarry

Riding on a send-train at the moment. Never felt so good in my climbing. Managed to send this one after just 3 sessions!

I wasn't expecting the traverse from Bumble into Casa Blumpkin to be so tough. It Felt only slightly easier than finger hooks to be honest... it made the finish of Casa Blumpkin feel like a completely different beast. The climb has everything; finger-strength, technical moves, body tension and power at the end. Props to Michael Taran for the FA, it's a great climb!

*EDIT: Maybe I've got imposter's syndrome, or maybe I'm just a sandbagger at heart, but I don't think this is V10. I sent it really quickly compared to my other hardest ascents (but I'll admit, it's completely my style). Would love to see it get some more repeats and see what others think.

Start with the right heel up. First move is the crux move.

Is this an eliminate? I used the high footer just left of the 'MQ3' tag for the big reach out left and moving into the undercling. Seemed like the obvious thing to do but looks like Gareth used the low slippery feet for that bit, but maybe used the 'MQ3' footer for the top? Video is too blurry to tell for sure.

Only felt V8 at most with my sequence, so I guess will log it as a dab haha.

Very shouldery! Took me a whole session to realise I was pulling on the wrong start holds.. Was wondering how you all made it look so easy!

Sharp and very right shoulder intensive. Conditions are great tonight and the right shouldery hold actually felt like there was an edge on it. After the mozziss came out, I knew I had only had 1 more go and off it went. Really enjoyed the movement and sequence.

Felt like it was a harder version of #5. On my first attempt, I couldn't even pull off the ground. Decided to try hard on my second go and got my bum off and sent!

Could be Soft. Tried it a few months ago and struggled on it. Today I came back and almost did the crux move first try. Ended up sending it quickly. Looks like a few weeks of moonboard training has paid off- finger strength, pulling power and body tension all felt good.The send felt incredibly smooth compared to every other time I've tried it.

Really nice movement on this one, it might be chossy, but it has great flow!

Wow- the best problem on the boulder! Stoked to send this so quickly in my first proper session on it!

It's super intense on the shoulders and the left bicep. I found some sick toe-hook beta that it doesn't look like anyone else has used (At least, not in the beta videos). I think my beta actually makes the line a bit easier and to me, it felt solid V8.

Didn't feel like V8, flashed it after coming off chode warrior.. Moves definitely suit my strengths though idk.

Hard V8. I don't think it's a V9 .

Managed to do this statically whilst sitting on my right foot. Think doing it this way is very reach dependant, I was borderline. Struggled getting the right hold well for a few goes, then borrowed my friends knee pad and it was like cheating. Turned something hard into V4 thanks to the kneepad.

Feels like the moonboard! Holds are decent enough but high enough to be exciting. Climbs better than it looks. Really enjoyable. Well done Woody!

Had a great night session with Cedric and Laura. Broke a foothold but Ced found some better beta for going to the last move. Climb gets better and better the more you do it. Mega classic

Cool boulder and easy to get to!

Got in the dry patch this arvo between the weather,premo boulder, needs to be downgraded to a 6/7 as the sit goes as an 8

Amazing boulder, probably easier than V8, I suggest V7. It took me two sessions for send it.
