Have to trust your feet for the last move with an undercling, nice pump

Nice route. The technical traverse after the 5th bolt is great. I need to use a bad crimp with left and go to a side crimp with right (I take it as a Gaston crimp). Then I need to lean far far left to get the black jug on the left. Then I need to bump up with right to the next chalked sloper and go higher with left to intermediate. Then step on the black jug (or a bit below) with right foot. Cross into next chalked hold on the dihedral. Right hand into finger hole. The dynamic move at the anchor I could not do so far. Need to try again if I am ever there again.

I think the moves to the top are more 5.9. It's a bit weird at the top. Otherwise great climb, goes along a crack, but there is also good face holds.

One of the most unnecessary falls I've had in my second try. In the first attempt, it took me some time to figure out the technical sequence on the last few meters below the anchor and I decided to not really try the final committing move after not finding a way around it since we were short on time. In the second attempt, I climbed everything and successfully did the committing move to the jug above the anchor at which point the route is basically over - but I hadn't done the move before and wasn't prepared for where to put my feet. I ran out of power before finding good feet and fell.

We stopped by to do two or three routes and it was definitely worth it. Really nice basalt pillars which make good climbing. This particular route follows a crack between pillars with plenty of face holds. I got a bit scared at the top with the last cam more than a meter below me...

Really challenging for a 5.7

Great movement

Pretty stiff for a 5.8. The crux pulling the undercling roof is classic but hard for the grade.

Great route which now has it's own anchors several feet higher than the Heat Mister anchors, bumping the route length to 60 ft. The high corner section to the new anchors is the new crux in my opinion bumping the grade to 5.9, in my opinion.

Did the climb again following the finger crack to the left of the dihedral instead of staying in the hand/fist crack. Finished in the same overhung offwidth.

Stayed on the column to the left of Heat Miser finishing on the spicy offwidth which now has it's own chains. The offwidth section is amacing, but very tough. The overhead offwidth has lodged stones as holds.

Got it clean

Got the crux mantle move fairly clean today by getting a high right foot to reach the undercling above the mantle.

This route is still challenging and fun even after numerous sends. Found a new foothold which makes the step over move coming out of the OW onto the brief slab section far less heady. I love this route.
