Ascensions dans Bare Rock

1st pitch

Had to project the start then came down and sent, onsighting from the 3rd bolt up ... Slightly spoiled by the nails bouldery start, but don't let that discourage you as they rest of the slab is amaaaaazing! Very classy slabbing.

Super cool moves! Rock is fairly suspect, but not too bad. Some heeeeavy crimping on this one after the crux, and a sick double Gaston move at the crux unlike anything I've done before. Good learning! Unfortunately no chance to give it a second shot, though it's good to rest my fingers anyway

Toughhhhest 25 ever! Crimpy fiend but a lot of fun. Good moves the whole way that I didn't find straightforward at first.

Used Ryan's beta for the crux. Fun powerful moves as the start, then interesting sandstoney slab to the top.

So good! Rock is slightly fragile but there are so many bolts there's no reason to be scared,! Beautiful delicate slabbing.

Just the third pitch after Yesterday's Hero to get to the Supernaut area. Awesome rock!

Good day of getting spanked. Sat a lot but made it to the top at least. Heck what a place!

TR with plenty of sits. Pooped me. Great feature

Move at the second bolt baffled me

Chuck a long draw on the 2nd bolt when rapping down the other climb

Dogged to the top to set up TR like an absolute bumbly, had 2 burns on TR got it down to 1 rest after the crux, keep getting flammed and lost after the crux, need to wire in the moves a but more before RP attempt

Last burns for the day out at New Horizons working the crux section wet was soaked and dripping funky moves

Multiple burns on this one working out beta and technique, brilliant arete climbing in top class position sustained climbing, got it down to a single rest

Working this thing into the ground today, all moves wired too cooked for a red point

Dogged as a warm-up then multiple TR attempts sussing out beta

Strong start with some cool positions easing off after the boulder start

First pitch again for this one, really enjoyable moves and thoughtful climbing

Set up the toppie and got it clean

Just warmed up on the first pitch, delicious climbing

Brilliant sustained climbing.

The steep trad crack climbs like Arapiles whilst the rest is classic Bare Rock sustained face.

Love it.

2nd go, awesomely sustained. Doesn’t get much better.

First ground up ascent? Pitch 7 is the crux pitch, maybe something broke? But more like 26 the only way I could figure it out.

Retro flash 1st go after trying it once ages ago, hard for the grade...

Felt great putting the gear on. Then just failed to execute.

Well worth doing. After the first pitch it's interesting technical steep slabbing. There is some loose rock, but it's a 100m multi pitch. Of course there is going to be some loose rock!

New project Day one, made huge inroads quickly big burly moves on (jugs) means good progress made, climb to the start of the Crux in one sequence, bloody rad climbing, got some enduro to work on. Absolute ripper

Had to work hard at the crux couldn’t read the sequence, cold day numb fingers, sting at the end. brilliant climbing would happily climb that again.

Nearly second shot! Noooo.

Not hard @ 28 but it has some brilliant climbing in the first half and interesting slab clmbing higher up. Burly roof up campus guards the chains!

Some sporty bolting too.

Very cool bouldery route. Wore out the tips trying to work out the short person beta for the start. Manage to move past the crux using Andrew's R) foot jam beta.
