Bittersweet feelings! Happy to finish off this project, will miss being able to come out here when I had no other plans and take in all the beauty of the surrounding ranges. What an amazing journey. First ascent was done on pre placed gear, would be happy to see someone red point this, though I wasn’t keen to break my ankles with gear that I found tough to aid on Easier 27 with preplaced, would be a very tough 27 placing gear on lead Thanks Dave for a great day out! Stoked to climb this today, worked out some better beta for the top and then had a great time on the send, feeling in a good zone. Tried hard and came away with the tick! First hard(ish) sport climb in a long while. Climbs way better than it looks (3)

Great movement down low. Stick clipped the second bolt from the ground, I recommend you do the same. Pumped out first try at the top searching for holds. Easily second go

Put up the draws with a stick clip, then did it clean on top rope, then lead it. Just barely stayed on at the top on the lead attempt.

Quite a fun climb! The 'finger crack' is basically a jug rail with small gear at the back, and the movement is good fun, especially as the rail sweeps upward. Beware of sparse gear if you're not quite comfortable on trad 21s.

A great journey with Alex. Was happy that I went up to this route with the ground up onsight approach. It is one of the best slabs I have ever been on and a visionary line from Jamie. I believe that it is hard for the grade and is borderline 26. One that should not be headpointed as the bolts are awesome and toprope will be nothing like leading. I’d like to hear some comments about the grade once people have had some lead burns. Very fun and the route should be called Friendship 😂

A few years ago I fell off this and took a big fall from close to the second last bolt, without it clipped, swinging into the corner/edge of the ledge below and getting hurt enough to end the day. I finally came back, top roped it first, then lead it, glad to have it done

Needs more stars! Definitely worth doing, even if you only come here for the 20/24. Some awesome jams in either crack having to navigate through the roof then a little bit of offwidthy stuff at the top. Awesome!

First time placing gear in about 10 years, felt great to re learn the skill. Had a decent onsight attempt but muddled up the top crux sequence. Found a flow moment second shot and climbed it smoothly. Incredible movement with some technical movement. Thanks for the day out Ryan.

Probably went off route, using the ledge/arete off to the right near the mid-point of the climb. Could still clip all the draws... still felt quite hard but probably not 22 hard.. ticking the way I climbed it as a 21. I suspect to do it properly, the arete/ledge to the right is not in.

First bolt plate came off, couldn't find where the nut went... so the bolt plate is sitting at the base of the climb, will need to bring a nut/wrench to put it back on the wall.
