First time leading this, start is just as sketchy haha, classic

What a pump fest! Left arm wouldn't recover even after sitting in the cave for ages! Amazing climb though. Felt very different on lead 😅

Thanks Dave for joining me down deep and for the belay! Type two fun obviously, the grade might vary depending on body shape and size.

Felt out on top rope before so felt fine. Quite fun. Used the crack far left before the mantle for gear.

Bit of a fiddly start with gear at the start, but with straightforward climbing. Super enjoyable crack climbing.

Warm up.

Quite interesting and beta intensive, took a few goes to piece it all together. Probably a 24 in physical difficulty with 26 level beta memorisation. A nice addition to the crag, thanks JB!

Finally got back on it, definitely have improved since last trying this and it went fairly easily. Really cool unique movement!

this climb is stupid. so good. unreal. i cannot believe it exists. very very pleased to have finally gotten it. something i plan to climb every season. its that gd good.

Not as good as I remembered

was a real fight to get established in the body crack. Fun

First frog 20 🥳, and an old demon slain.

Took down low because I climbed myself into a bit of trouble by being too eager to reach the first ledge. Upon taking, my .3 skated all the way to the edge but thankfully it held, good I didn't whip on it 😅.

Down climbed and stripped gear, for a very desperate but clean send on the 2nd go. Would have been nice to have triples of .5 and .75, spent ages trying to figure out gear for the last .75 size section of thr climb, but nothing else fit and I had wisely not brought any big nuts. After nearly trembling off I placed a shitty .4 for emotional support and blasted to the finish ledge.

cleaning up my mess from last year. glad to have gotten it but less good than i remember. bit loose here and there and the rests were not where i remembered ugh
