Ascensions dans Tanzboden

I totally forgot about the huge flake on the left with all the sidepulls and tried to climb the dihedral instead, where there are no holds at all.

I didn't expect to onsight this at all. Got very lucky several times in a row and somehow figured it at all out, even though it's not easy to read. Nice route!

I had to work quite a lot to get past the second bolt, where there's suddenly nothing to grab anymore and I felt like being in a dead end. Somehow, I got through anyway... the overhanging finish felt almost too easy in comparison.

It took me some moments to figure out a way past the large, menacingly unstable looking, yet tempting block you're not supposed to use. After that it seems you can go either left or right to the anchor. I made the mistake of going straight up, making it unnecessarily hard for me. Almost failed.

Small pockets in good rock, slightly hard to read.

The overhang looks intimidating for the grade, but wait until you find the pocket.

Pocket climbing at the edge of the crag. Nice warmup if you climb "Vorglüher" directly afterwards.
