Got super close on the Crux second go today, no dice though. The upper climb goes much easier. Stoked

Couple of goes sorting the lower moves. Phsyched

Brushed the crack out, looks like it's been a while since this has been climbed. Not a top shelf John Smart '78 route, but still pretty cool.

Stoked to get all the moves on this one second shot, keen for next session! 🤙

Fluffed the crux for the onsight, didn't have the fight in me today!

Climbed really well on the onsight attempt fluffing the crux and put it down 2nd go. This was a brilliant climb and the best part was sending back to back with Dave

Strenuous!! Despite the easy to place pro I kept running out of juice. Great jambing but glad I had gloves!

Such a nice climb, especially down low.

Having onsighted Easy Wind and Soolaimon the previous day, this felt distinctly harder. But I do have big sausage fingers. That said, this was probably my favorite of the three.

A bit of a dogging debacle. After coming off the initial thin crux I lacked the drive to battle through the steep wide (for small folk) stuff and had a lot of sits before eventually getting to the top. Pretty amazing line but the rock is a bit weird and I am not a thrutch master.

Did i get shut down on this or what?! Clearly overhanging wide cracks are not my style. Quite a battle to get to the top, with some fairly uninspiring rock quality but the line is just so amazing that you cant help but want to climb it!!

Good bit of grunting, friction in the crack is world class meat eating 10grit. Got the scissors going in the offwidth slab scramble to top.

Gear in. The crack down low is a thin and a bit goey, the crack up high was burly and wide.

Interesting but not particularly fun. Also, my second vomited into the top of the crack, so give it a month or two before getting on it.

Nick did it clean putting the gear on, Damo & I red pointed it after. Awesome climb. Every 22 climber should get on it.

Don't be thrown off by the worthless start, the short section of crack is gold and the traverse at the end is nice.

Some good jams but not much climbing in it.

Fell off top-out moves after last bolt...nooooooo...got to go through all that again..

Great! Will someone please put some anchors at the top. The tree is dying and the old slings are not great at the top. I left some old cord there as well.

I knocked off a lot of moss. The off width finish was as good as you would expect. A good challenge otherwise.

So sharp up there...

Packs a stunning amount of heinous into its 10 short meters. Chossy, sharp, covered in moss and poor options for a top anchor (nothing but a solid stance to haul my second up).

In spite of that, it climbs well; solid finger-locks through to a bit of offwidth. If I'd trusted the gear in the hollow rock it would have been quite fun.

A nice hand-crack.

Rapped off the tree to avoid the unprotected offwidth/squeeze chimney top-out. Okay climbing up to there.
