Ascensões em Colorado como Flash

How this doesn't have 3 stars on The Crag is beyond me. Varied, overhung and just a stunning long line with great exposure and moves for the grade. If you have to choose between this and Herbal Essences for a warm-up, choose this one. Unless you're a slab fiend.

Slabby start gets more overhung as you go. Nice and long, a harder 5.9 than those in the Canal Zone

A blast. Guidebook gives it star(s) and I would absolutely agree.

Some might find the slab section challenging, but it was fine for me. Loved the slightly overhung section up to a good roof.

Stemmy - varied for the area, a nice way to end the session

Really cool start for the first 4 or so bolts, then turns into slab with no hand holds rest of the way.

Rated 5.9+ in the guidebook, about the same level as panama red right next to it. High first bolt.

Warm up. Nice crimps for the first 3 bolts.

This would be a hard onsight. The crux at the last bolt is tricky and it is hard to put the draw in first so the head game also comes into play with a ledge below.

Fun. Easy approach, easy climbing.

Probably not an onsight since I followed others whenever unsure.

i climbed it around 12:00 at the beginning of September and it had just gone into the shade. Hard flash/Onsight but all the holds are there and it requires and a diverse set of climbing skills, bouldering power, crack, and resting, take time to find the holds. it's not over till you clip the chains.

Best flash of the year, and best in a long time! Flo went first and figured out the moves and set the draws. His beta fit my style perfectly. Bouldery first section followed by 5.11 pumpy climbing with thinnish feet. Excellent feeling, right when the sun was beginning to peek at the wall! Stoked! Flo got it straight after

Great way to start the day (7 AM session)! Flo set the draws on this long, varied, meandery expedition, and I did it next for warm up. Nice to be in a place in Boulder Canyon without view of the highway, and instead the sound and view of forests, mountains, and waterfalls.

OMG!! Hardest flash all year!! I had seen Datus' beta, which definitely helped. Unique climb, as it could be a trad climb in that there is jamming in hands, fingers, and feet, with a powerful crux. I screamed through it all, and got through all of it! Incredible feeling. Definitely improved my day, as I had been distracted with other concerning things.
