the idea of a bolted crack seemed appealing to me as a crack gumby. route description of 'mostly laybacking' threw me off as i jammed most of the way up. struggled to find nice jugs within the crack and dogged it 3 times. route was longer than expected but there was a nice rest post-crack. i really enjoyed this line and would love to greenpoint it one day.

Hard move at the beginning, was initially planning to go on Gutterfingers and moved back to this one as the top section was completely wet (Ozone Action is still very manageable if wet). It is a lovely climb with great placements!

Made the first move, pumped out at the second bolt. Definitely some feels - spent a chunk of time well above the bolt contemplating the whipper I anticipated in my near future, before finding the saving grace which helped to the anchors. Looking forward to the send.

Wow cannot believe this one. Very proud of this ascent. A near onsight grovel and Tom's words of encouragement meant we came back to it after lunch. Despite the already open wounds on my back, I had to try. Not sure about this 'sport climbing crux' business. It's offwidth all the way for me. Fyi one bolt anchor. And let's get a quick shoutout to Merlin.

a last ditch cathedral effort. headtorch greenpoint flash attempt in the fading light of my times at cathedral. it didn't go super well. gear is there up until the second last bolt, though not terribly obvious. felt haaard finding the gear and leading. nothing great gear wise around the final bolt except a shocking (the the tiniest) offset brassy. maybe a bad totem would hold near the top? or just have it dialled and don't fall all for the coveted ~greenpoint tick on the crag~

I've been wanting to climb this crack for a long time. turns out it doesn't climb much like a crack. Named after the FA's ironic farewell at the start of every climb. And today was the last time we will climb together for the foreseeable future so it couldn't be called anything else. I'll miss ya Jake
