Tough start!

Not as good as it looks

Led the climb, but from last obvious stance below the anchor I could not reach the top rail; the (only) downside of being 5 foot tall. Clip-sticked the anchor, so that makes it a top rope. After that found some sketchy beta on the arete to get my hands on the top rail. Awesome climb though, deserving of its two stars. Get on it, but bring longer arms and legs.

Slimpers and slopers + 36deg heat: yum!

Finish at the tree before it goes up again.

I didn't see the best way to do the top moves until after resting. Should go clean, but at 19 or 20.

Simon Carter's book as this one down as a 20, probably closer to the mark than the 17.

Really cool mix of arrete and crimps. Sustained. Firm for the grade. I'll be back.

pulled through the first move. grade is a little soft.

Bouldering the start. Hard layback/sidepull then balance on a narrow ledge and poke wires into the narrow dirty crack before the carrot. Definitely not 16, more like an old school 18-19!

Very cool. Glad I didn’t try to lead it though as don’t know how to clip the second bolt.

Got completely shut down on the top hand crack. Joe stemmed around it using the back wall which is much easier. not sure what is the actual route. Maybe the jamming, just need to clear spiderwebs & gear out the way of your hands...

Stuffed that up! Climbed the crack instead of the arete. Pumped out coming out of the overhang at top.

Found the start ridiculously hard because the good hold was out of reach. The rest of the climb is cool, but felt more like 22. Ended up bailing onto the much easier left variant because it was too hot and humid for something so precise.

Sandbag. 18 going on 21. Ok route I suppose.

several difficult move, with an interesting arrete, way harder than a 17

incredibly thin start. couldnt muster the hip strength for the first move. all good from there to the anchors though with great climbing after the break! loved this route just spewing about the start

after climbing the route from the traditional starting point (not advisable) I marched up with relative ease despite reaching for a non existent hold just below the anchors. balancy moves saw me whip when i realised there was nothing to grab not worth repeating but fun none-the-less
