Ascents of Wicked Gravity as Red point

Always fun. Got to climb it twice on my birthday, once putting up the draws and once to clean it at the end of the day. Awesome to see Nate send this on his second go and super stoked Bec jumped on it to give it a go.

Got it! First attempt this session, third attempt in total. Makes a world of a difference when you do the climb fresh. Fun stuff.

Keeping the tradition going of climbing this route every time I come to Louise. Haven't fallen yet!

Finally, the first 11a I tried, I also wanted it to be the first 11a to redpoint, I managed to climb 4 11a's in the meantime, WG is also the longest project (3 years), it went down after maybe 9-10 attempts thru the years. I tried it as a 10a climber for the first time. This session, it went down on a first go because I was dreaming the moves for 3 years, I know every single foot placement, and every single rest point and body position at the rest. It felt floaty, almost like I should've just continue up "The Path" Amazing climb in the most unreal setting. Also managed to get cool photos from the party that was climbing Turtle Island. It's not John Price's late Marc Andre Leclerc rope less photo, but close enough. The deal was once I have Wicked G and 4 more 11a's under the belt, it's time to move into 11b/c range. Stoked
