Pitch 1 - me, pitch 2 - Graham, pitch 3 - me. Great climbing. Well protected. Pitch 1 and 2 are novel. Almost like Tassie's answer to skink at Arapiles. Pitch 3 was hard and slippery as a butcher's dick. Accidentally got myself into a bit of a clusterfuck mid crux with my safety sling around the rope and had to sit on gear to sort it out. To be honest I was probably going to fall off anyway.

Definitely deserves more traffic. Awesome traverse pitch that would be worth five stars if it wasn't so mossy. Still felt a bit heady even with the two retrobolts. It would have been pretty bold in its original form. We had planned to rap down but took one look at the shitty twigs with slings on them and decided to climb two more pitches to the top instead. Topped out and rapped down Winning Streaks.

Fantastic! 1. Head far right at the hollow flake. 2. Had a fun slab slide turning the glorious overlap on the 2nd pitch. Save a .75 cam for the anchor. 3. Pretty awkward and desperate but loads of fun. Would be much harder if could not jam. Peregrine falcons nesting next to belay of top pitch. Probs stay away for a while.

Are you kidding me? What a sensational climb!! All of these features packed into 100m of climbing is spectacular. It also embodies the distinction i appreciate in multis where it is THE way to ascend the wall through unlikely terrain. Yim had previously researched the meaning of stud and declared that we would be sexually attractive males if we got up the climb. Theres been an extra spring in his step since yesterday. Watch out ladies of tassie. Some wet crack on pitch 2 did nothing to spoil an amazing corner into the undercling flake traverse that may well be visible from space. Yim also had a grand time on this pitch, announcing each jam to the greater hazards main wall. We bailed off pitch 1 originally after trying to climb direct past the traverse and came back after realising wed cooked it. Pitch 3 was heartstopping for me as a crap face climber. 19 isnt a massive numbee but was pretty chuffed to onsight the pitch as it felt hard and packed punches throughout. Finished the day meeting gfoz and tom at the top and having a trot around the skyline traverse together. Another unforgettable day on the Tassie summer tour! Cheers yimmy boy!

An epic multi pitch adventure and best benightment yet. Lost my hand traverse virginity which was super fun on jugs. Then took a swing right at the end of first pitch. Second pitch had some nice hand jams and really cool corner climbing followed by another traverse. Took another big swing where there was lots of lichen and a tricky traverse at the end of the second pitch. Ascended the rope up the grade 19 offwidth for pitch 3 as the daylight was disappearing. Struggled up the final scramble pitch in the dark followed by 4 raps to descend. Was a good feeling to make it to the coles bay pub in time for last drinks.

Trepidation, trepidation, trepidation. This was supposed to be the climb we did after Trucks Have Wings but that was wet, so first climb of the day was a scary looking 19. After much to-ing and fro-ing off I went up the starting solo and somewhat lichenous crack. Turned out to be one of those well-protect climbs that looks poorly protected. Saying this, it's still the hazards main wall and some minor run-outs over small gear still sailed through. Sustained difficulties and some very emotional climbing on insecure ground above RPs. What a great route though. Would repeat. Very worthwhile.

First pitch description should be updated to clearly say you have to traverse right along the hollow flake (as in the guidebook). It’s very tempting to go straight up coz that’s where chalk and clean rock is but it’s tricky and can be dangerous if you fall there. Based on the amount of chalk and comments below - quite a few people make this mistake. Regardless it was not obvious to me at that time that I have to go right towards the black mossy slabs so I bailed and didn’t realise a mistake until reached for the guidebook.

Every pitch has something: from the from riding the flake like a bull on the first pitch to interesting crack and the mad flake on the second then strange shallow chimney stuff and finger jams on the third. Thanks Ewan for geeing me up to lead out across the flake on the second, if it weren't for you I certainly would have had a rest on the gear before finishing the pitch.

A perfect day of insanely good climbing! each pitch was just so amazing and the Hazards are the most stunning setting for a sun-soaked day of climbing! the features and the line felt so unlikely, but climbed so well! the hand traverse on the first pitch was bizarre and the second pitch was definitely the hardest I've worked so far to onsight a climb. desperate and scary! miraculously didnt fall despite a foot slip on the undercling traverse, which was a wild and unforgettable piece of climbing. i couldn't stop smiling belaying in the little shrub because stoke was so high, and the position and climbing was just crazy. Top pitch was greasy and grovelly, and totally different again. Alex totally crushed the lead, and I'm so happy I was able to get up it clean with some funky offwidthing and fingerlockin! What an incredible climb!
