Ascents in Ice Cream Boulder

Fun little climb which also looked like a warmup until realising there was no left hand. Might be easier if you are tall enough to reach straight to the top of the quartyz crimp feature, but that is probably still pretty hard. Did the start with and without the large shelf as starting footers, didn't make much difference either way

Nice line on smoother holds than most in the area. May have found easier beta due to a broken hold. Felt closer to a V2 given the V3 traverse nearby feeling quite a bit harder.

Had alternative beta utilising mirrored L feature

I think there are a few options for the send her, glad one of them worked. Techy.

Very quick send, encouraged by the snake sitting just to the right of the start

agree this is a bit hard for a V1, felt like a solid V2 with simple moves, bit ordinary holds

Very small nubbin is actually an important right foot to get up. Seems to be missing good left foot near start. Rock is sharp

Climbed this face froma stand with LH in a small 2 finger pocket/crimp and RH on the arete. Small crimps further left didnt feel as easy to hold. Felt about V3

Loved the climb, but needed some cleaning. Used a left hand finger pocket in line with the micro crimp- more of an efficient hold as the micro crimp was too far for my reach. Personally found it a V3 - but regardless, sick route.
