Ascents in Mount Norquay having Beta

First pure trad multi-pitch lead.

Spectacular day out for Canada day with Bec, Kayla and Justin. This climb deserves it's reputation as one of the best easy trad lines in the Bow Valley. The approach gaining around 550m of elevation with 100+m of scrambling is quite fund. We scrambled the first 2 pitches and put the ropes on at the start of the corner proper (start of pitch 3 in the guidebook). The climbing is fantastic throughout with good gear and Bec crushed it. I led all pitches.

A spectacularly aesthetic route with surprisingly varied climbing. Climbed the first two pitches for the full experience - there's certainly enough enjoyment to be had without them, though. Pitch 4 was the highlight for me!
