Ascents in Mt MacDonald

Good route, crux is well protected. I would hesitate on the 11c rating though.

I finally sent this bad boy! So excited!

This is like one long technical boulder problem. Took me a while to figure out the entire sequence.

My first lead 11b. The start is very smooth but I would love to smooth out the last two clips.

I tried this route a couple years ago and I just couldn't get through the crux clean. Today it went down super smooth, even though it was lightly snowing.

Run out from 3-4 bolts, climbing is relatively easy though. Don't fall. Crux is well protected.

My first 5.10c lead. It is a short well protected climb and I found it a nice place to learn to lead a 5.10c.

The start is tough but the rest is pretty chill.

Such a bomber mixed route. Only put one nut in after the last clip.

fell off three times at the crux about 2/3 the way up on my first time climbing this route, eventually finished! scrambled over the top to the anchors

A very cool crack climb that has a tougher top section.

Used up my onsight cleaning some of the lichen and snow from this route, ground up. Went on the first real attempt.

Lot of rope drag while lowering

A tricky route because of the lack of traffic on the route to keep it clean as well as the lack of friction.

Fun, good climb.
