Ascents in Roof by Alvin Taas having sport-cpr or ascent-date

Goddamn, what an experience. First proper roof climb, with a tunnel section to boot! All kinds of spice, with compression, stemming and even a front lay beta necessary to complete the climb. Couldn't have sent without the beta of Howie and Lucian. This one's for them!

What an absolute ride! Such a disorienting feeling, moving out to the no feet handlebar before lunging out and whipping a leg back over to secure the clip. Pulling out, and grabbing the potato hold before launching a high left heel beyond horizontal just to move past the ledge! Found sweet relief at the kneebar rest in the goat skull cave, before jugs to anchor.. Victory whip for good measure - highlight of the trip

Boy oh boy. Roofing adventure x2. Reads so differently when you're on the ground. Massive move out to handlebar, crazy leg loop back in as you arch behind to potato jug and just bump into a favourable position. Super high left heel takes you beyond horizontal, which is insane at its height! Had no idea I had anchors left to clip, but was scrambling deep for good holds on super sharp rock. Disappointed I ran out of juice, but will definitely go next time. Just gotta work past those mental hurdles
