Ascents in Valle Maggia

Quite contrived. The way i did it, prob a bit easier, thus 7c+.

King line first of this grade. Such a pity I send it, it was so much fun to climb this route. Every move was pure joy 🥰

More technical than hard.

No clue while this only gets one star in the book. Super fun climbing with quite the unique crux.

Felt like dancing. Technical and delicate climbing. For me it was all about the feet. Absolutely loved this.

Surely this is 2 grades easier for the tall (if you can reach while standing on the ledge).

Either way, boulder start to fun face climbing.

Bisher die schönste harte Route die ich geklettert bin. Unten ein harter Boulderzug, dann etwas ausdauernd an Slopern zu einem super Rest. Weiter oben dann zwei Schlüsselstellen, zuerst zu einer Zange, danach einige härtere Züge, bei denen man nicht zu zeitig klippen sollte, die letzte Crux dann über das linke Knie nach links schieben und von unten an einen Block drücken. Dann noch etwas kleingriffig fertig klettern. Im letzten go sehr schön durch gekommen.

Felt super hard on onsight, but quite doable once you got the sequence figured out.

Nachdem vor zwei Tagen Strom und Zeit nicht mehr ganz gelangt haben, heute grad mit einhängen. Mit der richtigen beta auch nicht allzu hart. Sehr coole Sequenz, mit einem fast waagerechten Riss nach rechts, dann mit Seitengriff

What a journey! From 'this route feels impossible' to 'ok, toproping is fine, but I' ll be never able to lead climb' to finally send it on my first real redpoint attempt - all in one weekend 😅... Such a love-hate-relationship with that route! Absolutely beautiful technical climb, but mentally demanding at the same time as the climbing feels very delicate and insecure (at least for me...). All in all maybe slightly easier for taller people as it's possible to skip the insecure moves on tiny crimps/footholds at the crux and directly grasp the good crimp from good footholds then...

Nice techy route. The crux is super morpho, but in the end found a descent workaround.

Overhanging Boulder at the start - endurance and technical middle part - some good rests - technical Boulder at the end - 4 stars in my eyes

Good fun, just a bit sharp in parts.
